Agree with Larry. If a V-6, and there is also no coolant in the oil (i.e., the oil is in the coolant, but not vice-versa), oil cooler is very likely.
When I ereplaced my oil cooler at the height of the parts shortage, i secured a GM (Cadillac) version (PN 93176626) from Amazon of all places. $180 for the part versus much more ($400+) for the Saab version. My indy was very pleased with it -- no fitment issues, and he felt it was beefier than the Saab one. Before I ordered it, I called a local Saab/Cadillac dealer and spoke to their lead tech, who said they've used the Caddy version anytime sourcing a Saab version was a problem, so I figured why not!
No issues at all nearly a year later.
Good luck!
