Sometimes it can be as easy as to pull the radio out and install it again.
The antenna cable attachment is a little bit funky at the back of the radio cage and can sometimes come loose.
I usually check the radio reception signal with my Tech 2 scanner and if the numbers are down and they come back up with re seating the radio, that's what it was.
As in Phil's case, since the antenna string is integrated in the rear window heating grid, it could be some disturbances if connections are not good when the rear demist is used.
