Saab Parts does sell a vacuum sealed bag containing a new ignition cylinder, a new glove box lock cylinder, a new driver's door handle w/ cylinder, a new hatch/truck cylinder, and two new keys. I saw this in my EPC when looking for the PN for a new ignition cylinder (my shorter saga is posted too) for my '08 Aero.
I removed and reinstalled my ignition cylinder four times last Sunday afternoon to clean and lube it trying to make it work properly. If you haven't removed this cylinder yet the steps are:
1) Remove the Immobilizer Antenna & Housing (the softer plastic shroud surrounding the key cylinder) by turning it clockwise about 10 degrees or so then lifting it off. The cable is long enough that you can move the housing aside without disconnecting the antenna within.
2) Insert your ignition key in the cylinder and turn to the "OFF" position, 12 o'clock high. The latch on the cylinder will only release with the cylinder in this position.
3) Locate the square hole in the cylinder housing located at about the 4 o'clock position. Insert the short leg of a 3mm hex key in this hole, aim the short leg towards the 2 o'clock position (not the center of the cylinder) and press in.
3) The cylinder latch should release and you will be able to pull the cylinder upwards and out of the housing with the key. You may even see the cylinder jump upwards slightly as soon as the latch is depressed by the hex key.
Finese and proper alignment rather than strength. It is actually pretty quick. Per postings in my thread look for a 6-digit string of alphanumeric characters on the raised boss of the cylinder for your key code.
