Vibration on Freeway

Hello all. I currently have a 2001 9-5 Aero Sedan with 154k miles. I get a pretty heavy vibration through the steering wheel, pedals and even a little in my seat when driving over 65mph. Tires are all new Pirelli P6 and have been balanced and rotated numerous times to no avail. Looking through my records, the previous owner was told by his shop that it needed Rear Lower Control Arm Bushings back when it had 124k miles in late 2009. They have never been done.
My question: Can worn lower control arm, rear bushings cause a vibration at speed? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!
