no doubt the control arm bushings are shot, as are most of the other bushings (at that mileage you'll surely need suspension work of all sorts) but thats not the cause of your vibration.
When did the vibration start?
- does the vibration change with acceleration or deceleration? if so the inner driver is suspect.
- An clickety clack during low speed full lock turn in a parking lot? if so the CV joints are suspect
- does the vibration change briefly if you change lanes aggressively to the left or right. if so the wheel bearing is suspect.
- Does he vibration change if you shift into neutral (as you are driving at 65 or 70? if so I'd suspect the transmission
- Also possible that tire shop is not doing a very good job, or you have a defective tire.
