Yes, you definitely can do that - I just don't know what pins (guess and check!). I used to do it all the time when I worked on Toyotas, with my 12v Makita battery and a pair of wires.
Although, when I did it for Toyotas, I would pull off the door panel and go straight for the window regulator motor, so I never had to guess which pins. If the window doesn't roll up on the first shot, try reversing the polarity on the battery.
