Pulleys easily go the duration of the belt change interval. Two belt changes? Not so much. They can be re-greased and thrown into the "spares" box. The smooth pulley is the longest lived of the bunch (lowest load, largest diameter for fewer rotations) and is also the most expensive, hence my car is now running a "regreased" one.
Tensioners last a long time, but the tensioner pulley is the shortest lived of the bunch. You can often find a complete assembly for little more than the cost of the pulley, and therefore I have always replaced the tensioner.
Water pumps go somewhere after 100,000 miles, usually, and often without noticeable warning. I replaced mine at 115K with the fuel pump, and it turned out it was "weeping." There was red stain by the weep hole, but there never was a drop on the garage floor that I noticed. Perhaps there is a tendency for the drips to go elsewhere, not at home, and hence the reputation for sudden failure.
My fuel pump life survey suggested 120K as a good interval for replacement. You can replace just the pump cartridge for not too much.
