If you want a Touring tire, then get the V-rated CS4 Posted by MI-Roger [Email] (#882) [Profile/Gallery] (more from MI-Roger) on Mon, 6 May 2013 08:21:31 In Reply to: Re: I have used a variety of Cooper tires on my old 9-5, RodO, Sun, 5 May 2013 19:08:13 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Smooth riding, quiet, no tramlining, long lived. Not a stiff sidewall performanace tire for hard cornering but I can't foresee too many people driving a wagon that way. More than adequate performance on our near luxury sedans and wagons, just not a pure performance tire. I bought them in the P225/50VR16 size for my 2000 base model.
I don't remember their load rating. This rating could be more important on a wagon than a sedan.
These are a quality tire and are priced accordingly. They may have been the first model to break from the "inexpensive tire" label for Cooper. Less coslty than many equal competitors but not a low priced choice.
