3 months of sitting is not that long a time really.
I would suspect the battery. Does not matter when you bought it, they are just plain unreliable. Be 1000% sure the battery is right before you spend money on anything else.
I have had so many problems with batteries over the years with our fleet of Saabs and other cars, that I have a load tester, well actually a couple of them, an old fashon analog one that costs $25 and an electroic CCA one that is really cool.
If the battery is leaking it needs replacing.
A/C fix is not that big a deal.
Rotors should clean up with driving.
That 95 Aero is a great car.....enjoy it.
