There are heavy duty springs for the rear from MAD and others. This won't be Aero ride height. I'm potentially interested in some small group buy from MAD as the discounts can be substantial.
I don't know of any solutions for the front. Don't bother with rubber spacers as it doesn't work so well with the MacPherson strut setup. A metal lift might work, but as you say, the springs still are what they are. Perhaps and option is a lift kit mixed with an aftermarket lowering spring to maintain OEM ride height.
The progressive Eibach springs might fit a sedan if you can still find them anywhere. I'm not sure if they actually lower the ride height.
