I have tried 3 sensors and tried splicing in a new female connector that was soldered in about 10" from the connector(sourced one from a junk yard). So I know it's not the sensor or the acutal connector. I have a WIS but the circuit is not very well defined in a diagram or description beyond that a 5V signal is generated from the climate control board. The real issus in finding the problem is the intermitten aspect of it. Keep in mind this is a CPO car but I am just tired of taking the damn thing in without a permanent solution. My ultimate goal here is to to get AC back 100% of the time since I don't really care about the outside temperature. I just don't want to be hot when I drive with sweat on my a** ! HAs anyone ahd the climate control board go bad ? Maybe it's just not generating the full 5 volts at all times ? Again, I can't seem to find from WIS( could be that I am not too familiar with the manual).
