I just spent about a month at Magna R&D and we took apart a new CTS (GMX320 on the inside) I found the fit and finish on par with other GM cars (excluding Saab)- not that great. The caddy had a few neat features, but overall I don't think its worth what they are asking price wise (think of it as an expensive pontiac)
I hope GM doesn't take over at Saab in the future.
