Sounds like front Torque Bar is bad but the other mounts are likely not much better. All but the rear engine mount are easy to change.
Rear shocks are shot by 100K miles. Frount struts seem to last forever. They really don't, but they also don't give signs of wear as the rear shocks do. Spacers are usually installed by those with wagons who do not want to replace springs too.
