It may not be your mounts. In my 03 9-5 aero wagon with 120k mi, I installed the GS poly transmission mount at ~65k mi. 60k mi later, the rear bushings in my front subframe were shot and replaced recently. My garage reported that all the mounts were still good.
The rear shocks usually go bad first especially on the wagons, one of mine sprang a leak at ~65k mi. The front struts don't seem to go bad catastrophically, instead seem to get stiffer and crashy when going over road imperfections and potholes. At your mileages, if your shocks and struts are original, they're due for a refresh.
