Yep. Fronts of the rear wheel wells are the big ones to watch. Dirt and sand accumulates there and the plastic wheel well liner rubs through the paint. Instant rust.
Also keep an eye in the spare tire well. If they trunk seals leak at all, water collects there and can get nasty. It's not common but I've seen it on a couple 9-5's.
9-5's don't tend to rust a lot, but I saw one in upstate New York last weekend that looked like the previous owner was Sponge Bob Square Pants, who kept it garaged next to his Pineapple under the sea.
