Recently my old rubber Cannon (made in England) driver side-floor mat developed six-holes near where the clutch pedal is located. Basically all the mats in the car look good after ten years but that part of the mat was just used up. I'm going to repair it, with silicone sealant, from underneath.
I recommend going through the Autosport catalog website because all the floor mats they offer have a lifetime warranty. Whose lifetime? Ask them. If my repair job gets ugly I'll order from them.
