Replacing Exhaust System - what else while in there?

I have just ordered a GS 3" downpipe and BSR cat back system from GenuineSaab to replace my rusted out system on my '04 Aero wagon. Anything I should do while I have the exhaust out of the way?
I wondered about the rear O2 sensor, but if the 9-5 is anything like my 9000, these don't seem to go bad too often.
