Recommendations on belt and pulley replacement

04 Aero, 99k. Serp belt was replaced by dealer at 60k, this car has the short belt or no upper pulley. What is recommended for idler pulley and tensioner pulley replacement? From my experience with several NG 900 and 9-3s, the idler can fail anytime over 60 k, never had a tensioner pulley go bad on those cars, not even at 190 k.
The 9-5 belt looks very difficult to access with that passenger side motor mount and bracket in the way. Does that have to be removed for access?
