I agree, the dead starter should not be a reason to junk it, but letting it sit has caused a bunch of other stuff to go (brakes, tires) that are going to add up. The starter and the safety things need to be fixed to get the car on the road and it is going to cost a bit and take some time now. The other stuff (eg AC leak, crankcase leak) mainly affect valuation depending how bad. If you have another car and no plans to keep driving it, sell it to a mechanic bottom feeder who can fix this stuff up and put it back on the road. You won't get much for it though, maybe $1000 if you are lucky. Do you have a complete service history/records and can verify that it hasn't sludged etc? that might make it more attractive to the right buyer.
