Wouldn't be too surprised if they are worn out already.
But depending on how the creaking is happening, it could also be swaybar bushings.
Swaybar bushing are not that easy to lube since they sit in a really cramped position and it takes quite a bit of work to remove them and apply lube. It is also common that they start to creak again and replacing them with some fresh rubber bushings are the only cure.
As for the rear subframe bushings you could just douse them with some WD40 for time being and see if they get quite and if they do, they probably needs to be replaced.
