Yes, I would definitely drop the pan as Paul describes. Very likely the screen is clogged and driving it could kill it if it starves for oil...
The other thing is I don't understand why you would start it every day to let it run for 15 minutes? It's not a good idea to let cars sit for too long - they do like to be driven, but idling is not driving! Eg it does nothing for the brakes etc. You're basically just wasting fuel and stinking up your garage. As long as a car is started up once every couple weeks and actually driven (ie on the highway) it will be fine. Where you run into problems is if you mainly do short trips. I try to use the 9-5 on the highway as much as I can - they excel at that and it is good for them. If I have to drive to do a short trip (sometimes unavoidable), then I take an old NA c900: it is pretty much impossible to damage those engines! I leave them sitting for 6-8 months with nothing more than some stabil in the tank (if I remember) and they start right up... only issue can be brakes - I've found it helps if I roll the car once every month or so so the brakes don't freeze up...
the good news is if you clean the screen + install pcv #6, you should be fine...
