I think your instructions and method were fine and very helpful, in my case I was using a substitute bolt so that may have thrown things off. The odd thing was that the hardened washer from the kit pulled through the sleeve, maybe the kit I have has a different size washer? It looked like it would be the perfect size though. I ended up with the Dremel/hammer/air chisel and just basically beat the sleeve to a pulp until it came out. I put the poly bushing in the same way you described - cutting it - so far the car is night and day, no more banging/rattling. I tried doing the driver side but for some reason, even with everything loosened, I just could not get the subframe down as far I could the passenger side so I called it quits. Overall I think the method you used would work fine. I broke the studs that came with the tool doing the rear rosebushes, this car had not been taken care of and everything I've done has been seized/rusted, probably including the subframe. Thanks again, like I said the car is night and day now.
