There are no Saab pads out there that I know of that sweep the whole rotor on the Aero brakes.
What you would have to do is to experiment buying different brand pads for other cars that use the same backing plate but where the backing plate and pad sticks out further.
I have no clue what and if something like that exist but I know BMW uses a bigger pad where otherwise the rear portion of the backing plate seems similar in shape and size.
Many of the European brands uses a similar caliper design and you might be able to build something by getting pads from a Volvo or BMW and such.
For instance, the rear brake pads and calipers for a Saab 9-3 Sport Sedan are the same as the Volvo 30/40/50 models so I can use the same EUR1095 for both cars.
