That's my call .When it is really cold , I drive the 1989 900 . The best advice I can give is insulated coveralls and snowmobile boots .My 9-5 has fine engine temp ,but cabin air temp is lacking . Join the club .
I used to drive a Cabover Freightliner that had the same issues .I miss that truck . In the Summer the A/C was so cold you had to keep the windows cracked otherwise it could snow inside in July ! The 9-5 is the same .Chilly in all seasons !
Good news in the defroster department :Saab has the most powerful defroster in the automotive world !
The Freightliner had a 360 degree swivel 6 inch wire encased fan on the dash , I miss that too. It also had the best cup/drink holder ever , Seriously !
Now when I look at new vehicles those are the most important features .
Definitely looking for more foot heat ,or feet heat .It would be nice .
