This happened to me 10 years ago with my 1994 900 SE. Went the cheap route with the idler pulley. Korean bearing, lasted only 6k. Eeuroparts refunded and soon thereafter quit selling them. i recently replaced mine on 9-5 Aero with one I got from CarQuest. German made, looked identical to the OEM one. The stuff I have gotten lately from CarQuest (also got a DI there) has been good quality and fairly priced. Better stuff and cheaper than NAPA. The auto chain stores like PepBoys, Auto Zone, etc. is pretty much Chinese garbage, I don't even buy stuff there for my Ford pickup.
Don't like the Taiwanese Pro Parts Sweden Eeuro sells either, do not hold up, not even the simple stuff. I recently bought a dipstick and coolant reservoir from them, I figured these are stupid parts, HOW BAD COULD THEY BE....now I know, the dipstick metal rod fell off the cap, and the coolant reservoir leaks at a seam, these ProParts Sweden items only lasted a few weeks. Had good and bad stuff from RockAuto, you don't know till it shows up.
