There are only two things I know of that look directly interchangeable between a 9000 and a 9-5, the handle on the inside of the trunk that is used to pull the trunk closed, and the emergency flasher switch on the dash.
It is possible to use a short block from a 94-98 9000T on a 9-5, but everything else (oil pan, timing cover, head, all ancillaries) has to reused. Also, if you do this, you have to use a 9000 head gasket.
Have you tried http://www.car-part.com to find what you want?
