Where is my Coolant going ?

Very slowly , about 3-4 ounces {80-100 ml} per 3000 miles or so My 2000 SE/v6 is losing coolant . No coolant smell from the heater and the cabin air filter is dry , so I have ruled out the heater core .
Here is the list of culprits that I have checked: Hoses , Bypass Valve ,Auxiliary Heater Pump ,Water Pump , Radiator , Turbo seals and hoses , Oil Cooler and Lid ,Thermostat and that silly outlet pipe that has the little outlet hose directly over the turbo ,still haven't found and signs of leakage residue .
I park over clean pieces of cardboard and there are no drips .The system remains pressurized , even after sitting for a couple of days .
My oil seems fine , but I plan on having it tested to see if could be one of the headgaskets . Spark plugs seem clean .
I can't think of anything else ? Any ideas ?
If it is one of the headgaskets , which one is more prone to failure ?
The car does fry catalytic converters , so maybe burnt coolant is killing them . Replaced the turbo cartridge and now there is no oil blow-by .
If this car was a horse , I'd be digging a hole and buying bullets !
