I wrote to Eeuroparts too before ordering - they changed the description based on my question and included the 1999 in the compatibility.
You returned the kit? and the new arms? I was kind of keyed on the preloaded arm without having to press bushings or struggle with nuts.
I was worried about the larger holes on the new arm but installed them anyway. I'll have to take a look at that when I figure out the correct setup.
I can't fit my regular torque wrench on the rear bushing nut. I did think the nut went on oddly but didn't see a problem. I thought it was because of the fresh Nylock nut.
A note for anyone else with a 1999, the tie rods that come with the kit did not fit either. The tie rods on the car (I assume are original - new car to me) are very short. The kit comes with a left and right, different parts, but neither like the ones one the car.
