Hardest part was figuring out how to get the clip off the original strut. The clip was on the front one which needs to be reached for, almost blindly. The headliner didn't move down very far just enough to get my hands in. That took at least an hour. The second strut was replaced in about 10 minutes, once I knew what to do.
I found the WIS sorely lacking "remove old strut" (duh) so I will post pictures.
FYI the new ones from eEuro have a much simpler to use clip system and it is on both ends of the strut. You basically just pry open the clip a bit (it is captive unless you REALLY try to remove the whole clip, no need to do that) and then it just snaps on and the clip can be popped in with your fingers. Almost like the ingenious electrical connections that lock in just by sliding the plastic clip into place!
