1999 9-5 SE 2.3LPT Sedan with 223k miles

Thinking about replacing water pump since my o-rings are weeping again. Existing pump has been in there since 2007 and has 120,000 miles on it (the pump, not the car) so figured since I have to dig it out to replace the o-rings and it has 120k miles on it maybe I should just replace the pump as well.

I am way behind in the water pump conversation. EEuro has both a Genuine Saab for $145 and a Hepu for $56. I don't mind the extra $100. I want the best and longest lasting with no leaking issues and best fit situation.

Opinions on which way to go?
Should I replace the housing as well?
What's the best gasket sealant to use?
Can I just use the o-rings that come with the kit?
Anything else to consider?
I always replace the copper banjo bolt washers on the water lines to the turbo. Radiator and lower rad hose I replaced recently.
