-Do you have correct voltage at fuel pump?
Yes 12v.
-You had no fuel pressure at first but correct power to the pump but no fuel pump action?
That’s correct. Ohms across the old pump were 0.8. The two good ones I have read about 30 ohms.
-After fuel pump replacement you have a running fuel pump but only 5-10 psi pressure at rail?
That’s correct. I dont know why the fuel pressure is so low. The lines arent crossed.
Out of curiosity I hooked up a good pump i took out of my 9-5 directly to the rail with some fuel hose.
I put the pump in a gallon of gas and ran it directly off 12v battery power and it only put out 5psi.
-And now you say you have no power to fuel injectors?
Yes, but I was using a homemade test light.
So I want to re-do the test based on what you said.
I should receive a real noid light for Bosch injectors in the mail today.
And tonight I can get my wife to turn the key while I handle a volt meter.
She is due in two weeks so I need to get this car running :)
Thanks Anders
