Well, here is the quinkydink.
The SLS and SLT solenoids are calibrated with the valve body and not sold separate.
Usually when any shift solenoid is going bad, they tend to do that when stinking hot just like many other coil driven solenoids like the EVAP purge valve and such.
Have you check resistance for that solenoid when transmission is hot? It should be 5.1-5.5 Ohm at room temperature but just a little bit more when hot.
With a Tech 2 scanner you might be able to activate the solenoid and hear a buzzing noise from it.
