Passenger side motor mount thread issue - Comments?

Just did first really serious maintenance on the newer of our two 9-5's, a 2005 Arc. It's generally in good shape, but it has 127K miles, and I am trying to address the "top ten" things that are likely show stoppers in the next year of driving.
I replaced the serpentine belt, tensioner and idler pulleys, together with water pump and T-stat - both original. Pump was not leaking, but showed barely perceptible rock in bearing.
I noted that the threads for the 4 bolts that anchor the "horse collar" to passenger side of the engine all show signs of careless mechanics in the past. One of the holes in the front (power steering pump) mount is notably bad, so I only applied about 85 % of the WIS torque on that one in reassembly. Maybe only my imagination, but I thought it felt like it was 'giving' instead of 'finishing' as I torqued it down.
How expensive are these pieces (PS pump mount, and back side equivalent)? Can they even be sourced? Do people ever drill these out and re-tap? I may see about used parts. As you might imagine, I'm not pleased by what I found.
Thanks for any advice.
