I just did one of these last night using the correct Myele part from thesaabsite.com. Much cheaper than buying from a local parts store. If you have ramps, it's relatively easy to get to from underneath. Make sure the car has had time to cool off since you'll be working on the exhaust side of the engine near the cat. You'll need a T30 Torx bit to break the retaining bolt that holds the sensor and heat shield/cover on. The connector uses the same retention mechanism as the O2 sensors and DIC so be careful not the shear the lock tabs off. Once you have the car-side connector off, there are two tabs on the long sides of the sensor connector that hold it to the support plate. Use a small, flat screwdriver to push them in and allow the connector to drop down out of the plate. There is a small clip (about an inch wide) that holds the cable to a larger tube as it runs across the top of the transmission housing towards the front of the engine (I originally though it was tape). If you just pull the cable, it should pop free.
In all, you could do it in under an hour easy. Especially if you have small hands and all your fingers. I preferred to go under the car feet first until the oil pan was about at my belt. Then I could reach around the cat more easily to get to the screw.
