I think the general consensus on new springs is don't bother unless they are some other brand. I replaced my rear springs (this is a sedan) with new SAAB wagon springs for the greater loac capacity (we load our sedan), and I only got new because it didn't cost much more than used, but they still have sagged a little over time, so it is better to get "pre-sagged" I think.
All that said, last summer I noticed that though the car has no tire wear issues unloaded with the current setup and alignment - if I heavily load the car such that it sags the rear, I get inside edge tire wear again (did a loaded 3k trip). Once I remove the load, the abnormal wear stops. I have not done the bushings on the rear, but other parts have been replaced (Koni sports, spacers, etc). My conclusion is that these cars need progressive or cargo springs of some sort!
