Did you do the oil cooler yourself? if so you will know how many intricate coolant doodads there are in the valley between cylinder banks and how difficult to get even a little glimpse into that area when everything is bolted up. I would suspect any of the thermostat housing, oil cooler housing or lower radiator hose housing to be a culprit before guessing on a headgasket.
You will have to take the engine cover off and inspect every inch of the valley, thermostat and lower rad housing to make sure the leak is not originating from that area trickling down to where you see it.
