You would need a flushing kit and flushing agent. Basically it uses compressed air to push a solvent through the system and blow out any oil or contamination. You should be able to find videos on youtube that detail the procedure.
You don't flush out compressors or driers. (Dump oil out of the compressor, replace the drier.) Another thing to note is that if there is debris in the system due to compressor failure, modern parallel-flow condensers cannot be successfully flushed - the flushing compound just routes around any stuck debris rather than forcing it out. (Not an issue in your case as you just want to get the old oil out.)
Here's a typical flushing kit: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002JMEQW/ref=as_li_tf_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B0002JMEQW&linkCode=as2&tag=thesaabnetwork

You need a source of clean, dry compressed air. I use filters intended for use with paint spray guns to clean up the air from my shop compressor: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BVVDJ0/ref=as_li_tf_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B000BVVDJ0&linkCode=as2&tag=thesaabnetwork, and http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000N2VUSQ/ref=as_li_tf_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B000N2VUSQ&linkCode=as2&tag=thesaabnetwork. Using both a dessicant and a porous filter together gives decent results. (My compressor is oilless, if yours is not you would also need a filter to remove any oil.)
If you don't have a shop air compressor available there are aerosol-can flush kits available, though I've never used one and don't know how well they work.

It's actually a pretty straightforward procedure, but it can be a bit messy!
