These quick connectors have been around for years on domestic cars but for some reason, Saab just had to take it a step further and make it almost impossible to get a tool in and activate the release trigger inside so all the universal tools out there has to be grind down to be able to sneak in and then still be long enough to reach the trigger.
It's amazing how you can complicated such an easy design.
