Not doubting Larry's advice, technically speaking, after analysis , the oil would probably be considered contaminated. But, putting that few miles on a car is probably a lot worse for the vehicle than not changing the oil yearly just for the sake of changing the oil. If it were a vintage and collectable older car then, maybe...but it would have to be worth quite a bit for me to toss 40$ worth of perfectly clean oil. Like I said, at the very least that oil would be recycled right into an older workhorse (pickup or beater winter car) or one of my gas engined power tools. If this person was within my normal errand running range and commute route, I would use it in my Saab daily driver.
