....that whole front rectangular piece pushes away from the bumper skin so the nozzle can shoot washer fluid up along the front of the bumper skin and then at highway speed that just flies back onto the headlight lens cover?
Very interesting! :-) I knew how just about everything worked on my 9-3 and am now learning all the ins and outs of the 9-5. This topic is particular interest because I scraped up the bumper today and that rectangular piece must have got pulled because the washer nozzle piece broke at the neck where it connects to the washer pump. I have been studying the pump, nozzle and cover part diagrams at eEuroparts to understand exactly which piece broke...but I could not figure out how it actually sprayed the headlights!
So, I guess the last question now is can I get at those parts from underneath the car, or do you have to remove the bumper cover?
