2003 9-5 2.3 turbo Linear 130K
Car has died a few times this past couple of weeks.Would restart shortly afterward. Finally died and would not restart.Replaced DIC, no start. Pull DIC from engine but left connected to cable, installed 4 NGK plugs and grounded all to ground (batt.). Car cranks over fine but no spark. Replaced CPS with new one, same result. SID does not say "key not accepted", tach pulses slightly up and down while cranking. Have removed, cleaned and reinstalled any ground connections to body and engine/trans I could find. Checked all fuses and physically inspected all relays, all looks good. Thought maybe the electrical portion of the ignition switch but I am hesitant because when it has died the dash lights have come on which I am thinking is still allowing power to engine? I have inspected all wiring for possible rubbing or mouse eaten areas but the car is pretty clean and no evidence of any. I pulled the TWICE unit out and there is no evidence of water damage, looks really clean. Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
