with that mileage I would start with rear suspension. That might do it completely.
Bilsteins are good value you can get from Tire Rack for about $100 each.
Spacers and not springs is my recommendation. Get the ride height back up.
Have a good 4 wheel alignment done to factory WIS specs. Should cost $350 in parts and then the labor to put it on. Rear suspension is 3 hours of work so it should be 650 or so for the rear if you don't need bushings which I doubt at that mileage.
"cheap Saturn suspension"......what the hell is that about??? It has a good mcpherson strut at the front and multilink in the rear. May be some parts sharing with Saturn, but so what. It is a good suspension.
Parts are shared by Saab, Opel, and Saturn.
I love it when those kind of misleading statements are made.
