you'll never get ful 4x8 sheets into the rear.
I wouldn't try on roof rack either. You risk flipping up and breaking off, endangering other drivers.
Conceivably, if you're careful, you could score the back side the full length, fold the sheet in half (or so), load with seats flat, let couple feet stick out, and then carefully remove and you could open back up and slap on wall. Perhaps the fold joint would be weakened and you'd want to install another stud, but not screw into the cut fold joint.
