I had to do this on my 2000 three years ago. I found the part at Car Quest for a very good price and no shipping costs.
The World Pac P/N for this switch is W0133-1598308 Either Car Quest or Advance Auto should be able to source it for you from this number. The switch was 100% identical to the part I removed from my 2000, including being made by Matsushita Electric in Japan.
