Brake Questions....Help

Hi Guys,
I recently replaced all of my brakes, front and rear with new rotors and pads on my 2002 9-5 Linear. Overall, the task was pretty straight forward as expected from reading on the great forum. I use new rotors and pads made by Meyle. Great product and reasonable price.
My problem is, the fronts occasionally squeak/squeals in reverse or backing out of the driveway after it has been sat overnight and after rain or freezing rain night. Moving forward has no issues wet or dry weather, only in reverse. After 1K miles, the front sort feel a little pulsation when I applied the brake quickly and if I tap the brake slowly, the front doesn't feel any pulsation at all. There's no leakage from the brake system. I also bled the brake system as well figure that the fluid been there since day one (2002).
Did I screwed up the calipers or bought the wrong size of rotors or pads? I also jacked up the car on all four stands, and spins the wheels with no drag at all four corners.
Perhaps, I might received defected front rotors by chance? As I 've said earlier, the brake replacement was straight forward and can't be any easier.
Please help as I am scratching my head and pulling my hair at the moment.
Thank you in advance.
John Li
