Idler pulley sounds?

I trying to determine if what I'm hearing is idler pulley failing or something else.

I hear a low frequency hum when the speedometer is between 45-55mph, braking or sliding the trans into neutral makes no difference in the sound.

The '04 Aero does have 88K mileage, so belt and idler pulleys are probably due for replacement.

If I do the idler pulley and belt is there anything else I should be doing at the same time?
