I've had the clutch done on my 9-5 with OEM parts. It died at 100K, but the PO lived in the Bay Area and presumably drove it around in lots of traffic.
It cost $1,200 for the complete job. $800 of that is in labor as the entire subframe needs to come down. While you're in there, you should also budget for new subframe mounts (poly or OEM) and the rear engine mount.
I wouldn't replace it until it's slipping badly. It's a lot of work and money and you may as well budget for it now.
