ACC seems to be working -- i.e. vents respond to temp up/down requests. But when I run calibration (AUTO & OFF), I get code 11 -- I can hear a vent or the metal rod catching something at one point. Having had all the arms and sleeves fail, I'm pretty sure that an unresolved error code will eventually lead to another broken arm/sleeve.
Yes, the RHS motor is fine and both arm and sleeve are new -- had to cut off part of the blue shaft in order to slip in the new sleeve. Had a hard time installing the motor shaft in the new sleeve, as it's impossible to hold it in place from inside with the elbow vent mounted. Ideally I'd stick the motor shaft in the new sleeve, fit the sleeve over the blue vent shaft while holding it from the inside, then attach the arm and the rod, before putting the elbow vent on.
How was your experience with this? How did you mount the motor shaft in the sleeve without pushing it backwards?
