If you have a stuck (or slightly frozen) caliper, it may cause pulling to one side or the feeling you are pulling a trailer. If you have a infra- red thermometer, you might check the rotor temperatures after driving. I've found a sticking caliper will cause that rotor to be significantly warmer (you can also hold your hand by the rotor).
OK, a warning for the uninitiated, those easily offended don't read any further, don't touch the rotor to gauge the temp, the temp can easily approach 200-400 deg.
