I bought them a few months ago; I think they're all genuine Saab bushings. I haven't gotten into pressing the new ones in yet; I'm degreasing and getting ready to repaint the subframe before it goes back in.
I did discover that to remove the old ones, once you get the centers out (my daughter pulled one out by hand, 2 others fell out), you can blast out the outer part in a second or two with an air chisel. No damage to the bushing mount area at all.
For your issue, find a piece of PVC pipe that has an ID close to the ID of the hole the bushing will go into. Cut the pipe in half axially, and you can use a hose clamp to compress the end of the bushing. I'm not sure how well that will work for these, between the lip on the bottom, and the front mounts that are recessed.
